UKPC operates a graded pay scale which has four levels starting from £7.50 per hour and rising to £9.00 per hour. Employee’s pay scales are reviewed regularly throughout their employment and pay rises are based on factors such as length of service, demonstrating high standards and carrying out the role in line with company policy and procedure.

In addition we also have a monthly bonus scheme which rewards our parking attendants who show commitment professionalism and dedication to the company, the majority of our wardens regularly receive their monthly bonus.
